  1. What is your pricing?
    My rate depends on the project’s scope, including research and word count. Once we discuss your specific needs, I’ll provide a customized quote.
  2. Why should I hire you?
    When you work with me, you’re not just getting words on a page. You’re investing in high-quality, actionable content that resonates with your readers. My content is thoroughly researched, backed by expert insights, and designed to address your readers’ pain points.
  3. What will be included in your deliveries?

  4. What’s your project timeline generally?
    After depositing the 50% advance fee, I will start working on your project.
    Generally, my project timeline is
    a) We’ll set clear deadlines for drafts, revisions, and final delivery.
    b) I’ll check in every 2 days with a status update, outlining what’s been completed, any information I need from you, and what I plan to accomplish next.
    c) After delivering the first draft, we’ll go through revisions together until you’re satisfied with the final version.
    d) Once you approve, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining balance.
  5. How we will work together?
    Initial Consultation: You’ll answer a few questions to help me understand your business, goals, target audience, and writing needs.
    Proposal and Contract: If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost of the project. Once you accept, I’ll send over a contract and a 50% deposit invoice.. After receiving the deposit, I’ll notify you and we are initially in!
    Project Kickoff: We’ll schedule a call to discuss the project details, and I’ll begin working on your content.
    Regular Updates: I’ll check in with you every two days to provide status updates, request any necessary information, and outline the work to be completed in the coming days.
    Revisions and Edits: You’ll receive the first draft, and we’ll work together to refine the content through up to two rounds of revisions.
    Final Delivery and Payment: Once you’re satisfied with the final content, I’ll send over the remaining balance invoice and a short exit survey to gather your feedback.
  6. What’s your location and time zone?
    I’m based in Chennai, India (GMT+5:30 time zone). Don’t worry if we’re in different time zones – I work with clients worldwide, and we can easily coordinate.
  7. What are your payment methods?
    I accept payments via PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, Stripe, and UPI (If you live in Singapore/India)
  8. How many rounds of revisions and edits will you do?
    I’m committed to providing the highest quality work, which is why I include up to two rounds of revisions with each blog post. Additional revisions beyond that may incur an extra fee, though this is uncommon, as most projects typically require just one round of edits.
  9. Will you begin right away?
    I typically require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice, though my schedule is often booked 3-4 weeks in advance. This is due to my consistent workload and my commitment to dedicating ample time for planning and research to ensure the highest quality results. If you need an expedited turnaround, I can accommodate that, but please note that a 10% rush fee will apply to the project rate.
  10. What are your language and regional preferences?
    I write in both US English and British English, adjusting to your audience’s preferences and requirements.
  11. What’s your preferred method of communication?
    I don’t have a preferred method of communication. You can contact me via WhatsApp, Email, Slack or through call (although I am quick to respond to Text messages 😉)
  12. Will the content you deliver be 100% original and unique?
    Absolutely. I create all my content from the ground up, ensuring originality in every piece. I maintain a strict no-plagiarism policy, meaning I do not copy from myself or others nor recycle previous articles. However, if we’re developing a continuous resource, I may incorporate brief excerpts from prior work I’ve done for you to provide context. I also provide an AI-detection report with all my pieces to assure you of the originality of my work.
  13. What’s your writing style, in general?
    I use an “Expert Friend” writing style, making the content easy to grasp while showcasing your knowledge, ideas, products, and services in a clear and helpful manner. By using an active voice and a second-person perspective, I aim to develop a connection with the reader and bring a sense of urgency to the material.

    Absolutely! I’ll take the time to read and research online content to get a solid understanding of the topic you need me to write about. I’ll use that research along with your brief to craft high-quality work that meets your needs!
  15. How much input do you need for writing a SEO-friendly article?
    The more details you can share, the better I can craft great content for you as your freelance writer! It really helps me understand your topic and what you want to accomplish with the writing. To make things easier, I have a standard briefing document that you can fill out, which will give me all the information I need to get started!
  16. How do you establish trust and connection with your readers?
    I like to use a mix of writing techniques to make my content effective, such as: understanding your needs, getting straight to the point, using clear and friendly language, breaking up the text for easy reading, sharing helpful ideas and solutions, following Google’s EEAT guidelines, doing the necessary research, and writing with confidence and expertise.
  17. What’s your turnaround time?
    My usual turnaround time is ten working days from when I receive your brief. However, depending on my current workload, I might be able to complete the work even sooner!
  18. What if I am not satisfied with your writing services?
    I’m happy to share that in all my years of freelance writing, I’ve never faced major issues with client expectations and the work I deliver. Even if the content isn’t a perfect fit right away, I offer reasonable revisions as part of my service to ensure you’re completely satisfied!
